| Policies Quality in our products: If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our products, please contact our Customer Service department immediately (within 3 business days of receipt of your items). All items received and signed by the recipient are considered to be acceptable for use. Please take your time to carefully inspect the item upon delivery. Do not sign for the item until you have inspected the items carefully. If your item is damaged “do not refuse delivery”. Please make sure all damage is noted on your delivery receipt before signing. Then contact us and we will make arrangements to have the damaged items returned and the replacement items sent out. Consumer shall sign bill of lading with noted exception of damaged materials. Send copies of receipts, noted bill of lading, and a brief explanation to the address on the bottom of the page. Damage claims must be reported to CServices@e2p2solution.com within 3 business days of receipt of your items. Product Returns - Exchange Products that are in good condition and have not been opened can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Full exchange or returns are subject to a small handling fee. Return shipments must be prepaid. Shipping and Handling: Orders received by 2:30PM Monday through Friday, will be shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the following business day. Orders are shipped standard ground service via FedEx or UPS. Please allow 4 to 7 business days for standard ground service. Certain orders may be shipped via USPS Priority Mail which generally takes 2 to 4 business days. We reserve the right to select the best carrier for the delivery of your order. Tracking information: Once your order is shipped your package tracking information will be sent to the email address provided when placing your order. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments: Customers are responsible for shipping charges incurred by us for shipping to an undeliverable address or for refused merchandise. Repair or replace all items sold to customers free of charge within 6 month from the date shipping. 2. Customer needs to ship the items back to Mfr., after dealers/agents checking. 3. Manufacturer will ship back the repaired items or replaced one to the dealers/agents/customers within 5 working days after get the faults. |
